Our caregivers

Thirty-two caregivers, most of them with us for more than three years. You meet yours before the first visit, and you can ask for a change at any time, no reasons needed.

What every caregiver has done before the first visit

  • Two interviews and a working day alongside a senior caregiver
  • A criminal background check and a driving record check
  • Three references, each one called by our care coordinator
  • Forty hours of training, including dementia care and first aid
  • Vaccinations kept up to date, and a yearly refresher course
  • Bonded and insured through the agency, never a private arrangement
